Q. How can I get medical marijuana?

A. There are a couple of ways to access medical marijuana. You can consult a recommending physician only or you can gain complete protection under state law through your county's Department of Health and Human Services. We strongly recommend all members get a state issued medical marijuana program ID card. This is the only guaranteed protection under California's SB420.

Humboldt County residents can contact DHS here:

Department of Public Health

Eureka, CA  95501

Once you have your doctors recommendation and/or your state issued ID card, please bring your California ID and recommendation (or ID card) to get registered with us (see contact page for address and phone number).
